Fall is in full swing beauties, and it’s getting kinda chilly outside (my temperate beauties). As you pile on the layers to warm you up, don’t forget to turn up your internal heat by putting warming foods into your body. These foods, which contain higher thermal levels will heat up your body and keep you right and tight during the cold months.
Ever noticed how nature works in our favor? Divinely, the foods that have higher thermal levels can usually be found in abundance in the cool and cold months. Conversely, cooler foods are usually in season when we need them during the warm and hot months. Cool huh?
