Often times we’re intimidated by the knowledge and expertise of our health care providers. Their abilities seem so much more credible than ours. They studied, and studied for many years. But realize, it’s a very specific knowledge of a particular field of study that trumps your knowledge, not their knowledge of your body. You should be an expert of your body. Your knowledge of your body should trump everyone else’s.

You should know your body better than anyone in the world. Your body communicates with you. You have only to listen and heed the warnings that it gives to you. That my beauties is your area of expertise. You. And in knowing your body you can then become one of the directors of your own health.
