This Kasha medley was a hit with my family. Kasha is basically roasted buckwheat, and though it has the name buckwheat, it is not a wheat. It’s from the rhubarb family. It’s gluten free, stabilizes blood sugar, strengthens the kidneys, neutralizes toxins, has a high amount of all eight amino acids, especially lysine and it’s rich in vitamin B and E. It’ll keep our bodies beautiful form the inside out.

You can flavor it up even more by adding a cucumber and an avocado. Next time I make it, I’ll be adding these.
