Barbara Jacques is the Founder and Creative Director of Jacq’s Organics, a vegan beauty and skincare line created to help women slay naturally.  Jacques has been featured on NBC News, Huffington Post, and the Miami Herald recognized Jacques as Miami’s 2012 Top 40 Under 40 Leaders of Tomorrow with Legacy Magazine.

She was also featured on ABC’s WPLG Local 10 in the spring of 2012 for her entrepreneurial endeavor as a mom entrepreneur and served as Beauty Commentator for FoodandWine.com. In 2015 Jacq’s Organics was awarded the Healings Spas & Lifestyle Beauty Award for Best Pregnancy Product. The brand has also been featured on the Daily Candy, Organic Spa Magazine, Houston Style Magazine and Miami.com.

Barbara has been the key force behind Jacq’s Organics and is a Huffington Post Contributor. She is an advocate for eating clean and is passionate about educating consumers on the importance of healing the body and skin through food.

Jacques is a Florida native and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of South Florida. In the past, She worked in companies including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, AT&T, the Urban League and Sprint. She has 10+ years of knowledge in green beauty and working with beauty editors nationally.

Barbara has focused her energy on teaching women about the importance of health-conscious beauty products, safe alternative beauty rituals, and the significance of environmental toxins both in the body and on the skin. Barbara continues to make an impact in her community by volunteering as a reading mentor with elementary students and mentoring at-risk youth in her spare time.

Together with her family, they enjoy yoga, traveling and finding fun new ways to enjoy the city of Miami.
