” Life and death are in the power of the tongue.”
” Courageous people aren’t courageous because they have no fear, but because they did what they had to do in the face of fear.” you do something out of obligation it’s something you should switch right away.”
” Growth and distress can co-exist.”
” Our comfort zone is our danger zone.”
The death of Sharmayne’s parents (2 months apart) led to what she believed was a nervous breakdown. For two years she spiraled out of control. And when others started to see her as being clinically depressed, she said, “oh hell no.” Listen and learn what made her decide she was not going to show up broken anymore.
