Caring is sharing, and I care. So here’s a message of self-care I recorded for you. It was my caring thing to do today. It made me happy to share.
Self-care doesn’t have to mean spending lots of money or being extravagant. The simple things matter too. In fact, they make the biggest difference. Self-care is knowing your value, your worth, and taking steps to ensure that you value you and feel worthy. It’s also making yourself feel good and happy, and so the means through which you can obtain your bliss and fulfillment are abundant.
♥ Take a hike – on a trail that is.
♥ Ride a bike
♥ Find a passion
♥ Let go of worrisome folks
♥ Talk to a friend
♥ Hug someone
♥ Encourage someone
♥ Speak kindly to yourself
They may seem trivial, but these simple means can truly be life changing. Whatever it is you choose to do, make sure it’s something you and your body will appreciate and benefit from.
And, do something every day to honor your body.
