Tell us a bit about yourself, what you do, where you live and or where you’re from
I am from California and still live here. I have traveled and lived all over the world and this is still my favorite place. I am a Strategy Consultant in the cannabis industry and I am an advocate for the legalization of Cannabis. Part of this work led me to found Frigg, a CBD and Adaptogenic line that tackles the impacts of stress on the hair and skin. Basically, we banish dry, itchy, red, inflamed skin.
Share with us some of the self-care rituals you practice:

Daily
I meditate everyday. But I do it on my own terms. I got custom cushions made in Hot Pink Velvet and I often listen to the instrumentals of some of my favorite songs. I can meditate in the more traditional way, but this way is way more fun. I also am currently slugging with Castor jelly. I am on a mission to have soft ellbows and knees. Its been two weeks and I see a huge improvement.
Weekly
Solo date night. This is an idea I stole from the book the Artist Way. It was a great way to really connect with myself. I also love listening to music in my car, and so I will just drive and bast my music with no real destination in site. Sometimes driving is the only time I get space to myself – lets just say I do a lot of things in my car. lol.
Monthly
I hang fresh botanicals in my shower over the shower head. This euclayptuc basil, rosemary etc. It smells like a literally forest. For an added boost I drop essentials oils on the leaves to keep them scented. I also shower with my chragble batteries at night.
Annually
A yearly budget!! Financially wellness is important to me. So I make sure to see that everything is right and tight when it comes to my money. I like niec things and so I need to have a plan to support that. I also plan monthly milestone gifts for myseld based on some personal goals. One goal for this year is to finally learn how to swim. I have my eye on a slighly ridiculous but gorgeous designers swimsuits with matching robe. Its ridclously because its one of the swmsuits you wouldnt want to get wet lol. Currently I am doing a water challenge with myself and a 30 day streak will result in a half day spa treat.
