I absolutely love my new juice making kick. And i’m gonna keep on kicking. Remember however, I only juice in the morning. After that it’s all wholesome, solid foods. Well not always. Last night I splurged on some Rum & Raisin ice-cream and butter cake. No harm done. Allow yourself to splurge from time to time.
Anyways, i’m not an incredible cook. In fact, I never liked cooking, so my family and I ate in restaurants a lot. And living in Manhattan, there were no shortage of places to dine. These days however, i’m all about healthy, happy foods cooked by moi. And though the outcome is not always incredible, edible, I keep on trying. I’m actually getting pretty good at creating and whipping up tasty, healthy and delicious treats. Coming from a Biology background, I certainly know a thing or two about experimenting and proportions. So, i’m well on my way to becoming an at home chef.
Today’s juice experiment was a huge success. It’s actually one of the best juices I made to date. See below for the recipe.
If you have any juices and recipes you’d like to share, please feel free to email them to me. I will try them and post them for everyone to see. Of course, I’ll be certain to give you all the credit.
