Ingredients
1 green or red apple
1 handful of spinach
6 kale leaves
2 lettuce leaves
1 medium cucumber
4 celery stalks
1 small piece ginger
1 lemon (peeled)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a juicer and extract.
Serve and enjoy.
*Use within 12 hours to prevent oxidation
