It’s Q and A Thursday, and listeners and readers of the podcast and website have sent in emails with their questions. Today I’m addressing two of them. The 40s can be quite trying. With the many transitions our bodies experience, things may appear to be wacky from time to time. As a result, it’s extremely important that we have a basic understanding about why things are they way they are. For it is only with understanding why that can we truly move toward making permanent improvements and changes in our lifestyle.

Question 1 was sent it by Gabrielle from Virginia, and she asks, how do I maintain healthy skin in my 40s?

Question 2 was sent in by  Brianne, from New York, and she asks, how do I know if I’m going through perimenopause?

In this episode, you will learn:

  • How to maintain healthy, glowing skin in your 40s
  • Some of the signs related to perimenopause, the stage that leads up to menopause.
