Beautiful Mayra Betances is the Founder and Editor of D&E Papel (formerly My Perfect Little Party), which focuses on paper craft and art/lifestyle blogging. She is also the founder of Create Happy Moments, a non-for-profit organization, which donates used Halloween costumes for children to use on Independence day, in her native Dominican Republic.
