I am a huge proponent of skin care. Most of us were born with healthy, smooth and flawless skin. However, for some, that flawless, healthy skin becomes flawed due to  hormonal changes that set in at puberty. And after puberty, one transitional stage after another rolls in, which for some includes more skin issues.

Healthy, glowing skin requires a great deal of work and consistency. I didn’t quite see it that way in my teens and in my early twenties. But, with age comes wisdom.

For healthy, beautiful skin, the journey should begin first, with a clean, dense wholesome diet and second, knowing and understanding your skin type (oily, normal, sensitive, dry, combination, mature).

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

  • The 5 different skin types.
  • How to determine your skin type.
  • Tips for caring for your skin type.
  • Q & A: Why I used a British accent for the podcast’s intro and outro.
  • Q & A: How to deal with criticism.
  • Q & A: Some of my self-care practices.
