It’s been my experience that it takes more that juicing to obtain a healthy, well-balanced eating regimen. I know there is a raging debate about solely juicing as opposed to juicing and eating solids.  We are all unique, and therefore, our needs are unique. So, only time will tell if the jucietarian/liquitarian (only drink fruit and vegetables)  lifestyle is sustainable.  For now, i’ll remain on the skeptic side, and just like I believe that man cannot live by bread alone, similarly, I believe that man cannot live by juice alone.
